THE COMPANY
Our client is an established player within the modular building and storage solutions space. They own one of the largest fleets of shipping containers in Australia providing quality solutions to a broad market - construction, industrial, marine, defence, FMCG, events, and many more! Due to the increase in demand in the Perth market, they are now in search of a Sales Representative to join their dynamic team.

THE ROLE

• Based in Perth, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining accounts within Perth CBD and surrounding suburbs.
• Our client specializes in hiring out and the sales of shipping containers used for modular buildings, event space, and storage solutions. You will be targeting End-Users such as residential and commercial builders, sports clubs, festivals, restaurants, cafes, and other private events.
• You will be dealing with a range of decision-makers such as site managers, project managers, contract admins, and business owners.
• You will need to utilize your business development skills, strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and charisma to be successful in this role.
• You will be reporting and working closely with the Regional Sales Manager who will provide continuous training and support.

THE CANDIDATE

• THE MOST IMPORTANT THING: A hunter mentality and the desire to be in sales. Your background DOESN’T MATTER. If you enjoy hunting for new business and building a lasting relationship with your customer then you are the right fit!
• We are looking for someone with a stable work history and a proven track record of success.
• Candidates coming with business development experience within the construction, industrial, events, equipment hire, and other related spaces are desirable but not required.
• PERSONALITY: Energetic, honest, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
