Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a growing private practice supporting children and families near Armadale and the surrounding areas.
Offering a predominantly clinic-based role with minimal community travel, this position provides flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to step into a leadership role. With a focus on early childhood intervention and neurodivergent-affirming care, the successful candidate will play a key part in shaping both their own career and the direction of the service.

- Salary range up to $110,000 + Super
- Flexible work arrangements with autonomy over schedule
- Predominantly clinic-based caseload with all travel kept within 30 minutes

About the Practice
- Director involved within the clinical space, team values and culture prioritised, allied health provider with strong values and early childhood expertise
- Caseload split of 70% clinic and 30% community, focusing on children aged 0–8
- Common presentations include autism, ADHD, developmental delays, anxiety, and trauma
- Supervision and mentoring provided by the director, supporting an Allied Health practitioner at a university studying Occupational Therapy
- Located in a shared multidisciplinary space, fostering collaboration and community

Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
- Clinical experience with paediatric clients
- Drive and a valid license
