This full-time position will involve a wide range of vineyard operations, including:

• Operation of tractors and a large range of vineyard machinery, fungicide/ herbicide applications, mowing and cultivation
• Irrigation repairs and maintenance
• Trellis repairs and maintenance
• Supervision of casual pruning and shoot thinning teams

The successful candidate will ideally have :
• Previous vineyard or agricultural machinery operating experience
• Experience in maintaining machinery and machinery repairs
• Valid ChemCert, forklift and truck licence
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and performing tasks to a high standard.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Minimum 1+ years of vineyard or agricultural machinery experience required
• Australian work rights are required for this position
• Some team leadership experience for supervising casual teams is preferred
