Farm Hand | 1,200 Angus Breeders | Island Adventure

Quoin Farm is a family-owned cattle operation on Flinders Island, running approximately 1,200 Angus breeders. We are looking for a reliable and committed Farm Hand to join our team on a full-time basis for a minimum of two years.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong farming background who’s looking for both job security and the chance to enjoy a unique island lifestyle.

The Role

Daily cattle work, including mustering, calving, and herd health

General farm maintenance (fencing, water systems, pastures)

Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

Working collaboratively with the farm team and family owners

About You

Hands-on cattle/farm experience (minimum 2 years preferred)

Practical skills in fencing, machinery, and general farm upkeep

Strong work ethic, reliability, and initiative

Comfortable working both independently and in a small team

Current driver’s licence (essential)
