About the role

This is a full-time role based in Robina, Queensland, offering a unique opportunity to join the dynamic team at Skin Clinic Robina as their Practice Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and supporting the growth of the business.

What you'll be doing

Manage clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial management

Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimise clinic workflows and patient experience

Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of the clinic team

Liaise with medical professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care

Analyse and report on key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

Manage vendor relationships and procurement of necessary supplies and equipment

Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards

Contribute to the development and implementation of the clinic's strategic plan

What we're looking for

Experience in a healthcare practice management role is an advantage

Strong understanding of medical practice operations and healthcare industry regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders

Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement

Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a team

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, healthcare administration, or management is an advantage
