A well-established organisation based in Trinity Gardens is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on a full-time, permanent basis. About the Role:

Reporting to the Administration Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end processing of accounts payable transactions, including invoices, credit notes, and payments. This role involves manual invoice processing, so a high level of attention to detail is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accurate coding and processing of invoices
• Matching purchase orders with invoices
• Preparing and processing electronic payments
• Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
• Maintaining organised and up-to-date accounts payable records
• Communicating with vendors and internal departments

About You:

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• 1-2 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role
• Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Finance or Business (desired)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• A positive, professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
