Position Overview

As a Property Operations Assistant team member, you'll play a vital role in maintaining Supercalla's high standards across our collection of holiday properties. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that requires a strong eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for heartfelt hospitality. You'll ensure our properties are impeccably presented, well-stocked, and maintained to the highest standards, creating a seamless and welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Property Presentation: Assist with pre-arrival and post-departure property checks, ensuring homes are styled, spotless, and guest-ready.

Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor and replenish supplies and amenities, maintain storeroom organisation, and coordinate ordering.

On-the-Ground Support: Provide hands-on assistance with light maintenance, deliveries, and guest requests as needed.

Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections and compile detailed reports to support continuous improvement.

Operational Support: Work closely with the Operations Manager and wider team to ensure standards are consistently exceeded.

Who We're Looking For

Experience: Minimum 2 years in accommodation management, property services, or hospitality operations with guest-facing responsibilities.

Availability: Full-time availability with flexibility to meet the demands of the role.

Skills: Impeccable organisational ability, high attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements: Physical ability to perform light maintenance tasks and conduct thorough property inspections.

Team Player: A collaborative, can-do approach with the ability to work independently when required.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive.

Driver's Licence: Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle access for property visits.

Work Eligibility: Australian work rights and ability to obtain a police check.
