What you need to know...
• fixed term full time – term contract until 1 November 2026
• 76 hours per fortnight
• the package: $70,449 to $84,012 plus superannuation per annum
• location: Brooms Head Holiday Park
About the role
An exciting position is available in the Clarence Coast Holiday Park team as an Assistant Manager. This position will oversee the operational management of Brooms Head Holiday Park in Brooms Head and will be required to work weekends and peak holiday periods.
The successful applicant will be versatile, resilient and be able to work across multiple areas concurrently. The successful applicant will have a high level of organisational skills and experience in the tourism sector.
This position is responsible for the operational management of the holiday parks, contributing to the financial success and the establishment of the Clarence Coast Holiday Parks as a holiday destination.
This is a term contract position to 1 November 2026.

Other important information
This position is located at Council's Brooms Head Holiday Park; however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.
A probation period applies to this position.
