The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Assistant / Lab Technician to support the team with operational, compliance, and laboratory tasks. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, get hands-on experience, and explore future opportunities in areas such as logistics, water treatment, industrial services, or even interstate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations:

• Assist the Operations Manager with daily tasks and general duties
• Minor chemical production and small deliveries/pickups around Perth
• Data entry using inventory systems and document preparation

Compliance:

• Assist with audits of equipment, procedures, and filing systems
• Review documents and reports for accuracy and gaps

Lab Work:

• Prepare samples and coordinate delivery to external labs
• Support QA processes and maintain lab workspace
• Learn to complete basic reporting using industry software

Projects:

• Assist with a variety of projects, testing, and calibrations
• Take on project-specific tasks as required

Requirements:

• Right to work in Australia
• May require Working with Children and Police checks
