The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Sales / Personal Assistant to support our Sales Director, Kellie Quinn, across all areas of our business. You’ll be side by side with one of the top-performing agents in the region, helping to deliver exceptional results and customer experiences.
We’re looking for someone who:
● Is super enthusiastic and thrives in a high-energy environment
● Loves helping people and building relationships
● Has outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
● Is either a licensed Real Estate Agent or actively undertaking their Certificate of Registration course
● Wants to learn and grow “the Kapalua way”
What You’ll Do
● Provide executive and sales support to our Sales Director
● Manage schedules, appointments, and client communications
● Coordinate property launch events and keep sales processes running smoothly
● Work with buyers from initial enquiry through to settlement
● Assist with open homes, inspections, and client events (including retirement sector functions)
● Support residential and project sales campaigns from start to finish
● Represent Kapalua with professionalism, energy, and warmth
What You’ll Bring
● A genuine passion for real estate and helping people
● High-level customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
● Initiative, adaptability, and drive to excel in a fast-paced environment
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
● A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
● Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills
● Previous real estate experience is highly regarded but not essential
