What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing agency agreements, contracts, and compliance documents
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns — signboards, brochures, and property launches
  • Managing Agentbox CRM and sales trust account
  • Launching listings online with polish and accuracy
  • Processing and receipting deposits into the trust account
  • Chasing contracts and liaising with solicitors, vendors, and buyers
  • Keeping everything running smoothly for a high-performing sales team

The IT you’ll use:

  • Agentbox (CRM + sales trust)
  • Engage, Realty Assist & Real Time Agent
  • Campaign Express/Manager for signboards and brochures

About you:

  • You’re highly organised and detail-driven, with real estate admin experience
  • You bring energy and positivity to your role
  • You’re confident juggling deadlines and love being the glue that holds it all together
  • You want to be part of a genuinely supportive, people-first workplace
