About the Role

Our client is seeking a proficient Sales Administrator to join their dynamic real estate team. This full-time role is pivotal in supporting the sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. You will play a key role in the success of a thriving real estate business.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing client enquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Assist with preparing marketing materials, sales contracts, and other essential documentation.
  • Coordinate property viewings and open inspections, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for prospective buyers.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the sales process.
  • Improve overall efficiency and organisation within the sales department.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required to support wider real estate operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or client-facing role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and technology, including CRM systems; experience with Agentbox is advantageous.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborative mindset and flexibility in supporting the broader sales team.
  • A valid driver’s licence and access to a car for occasional travel between offices.
  • Certificate of Registration required.
