Seeking a reliable Property Officer / Manager to step in and support a great team for a 5-week contract starting Monday 22nd September. This is a great role for someone who enjoys being on the road, managing inspections, and taking care of the out-of-office tasks that keep a PM team running smoothly.
What’s on offer:
- Full-time, 5-week contract
- Conduct ingoings, outgoings & routine inspections
- Assist with repairs, maintenance
- Support a well regarded Northern Beaches real estate agency
- Great hourly rates + super + mileage
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Property Management experience
- Current Certificate of Registration essential
- A professional, proactive, and organised approach
- Strong communication skills to liaise with tenants & landlords
- Driver’s licence and own reliable car
