Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 + Super + Fully Maintained Vehicle + Bonus

The Opportunity
As National Sales Manager, you will:
Lead and develop a national team of Account and Business Development Managers.
Spend two days a week in the field, coaching your team and building stronger client partnerships.
Drive consistent revenue and gross margin growth through clear expectations, disciplined account management, and structured selling.
Ensure every client understands the full breadth of product offering, maximising share of wallet.
Balance 80% account management focus with targeted new client acquisition.
Partner with leadership to deliver budgets, segmentation, and long-term growth strategies.
Build and embed the Sales Playbook to ensure consistent messaging, discipline, and performance across the team.
What We’re Looking For
A sales professional with a proven track record of delivering year-on-year revenue and margin growth.
Experienced in the construction, trades, or industrial sector, with deep understanding of customer needs and challenges.
A hands-on leader who thrives on developing people, riding shotgun on client visits, and building A-Player teams.
Skilled in pipeline management, account planning, and structured selling frameworks.
Someone who combines strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution.

The Package
Base salary of $180,000 – $200,000 + Super
Fully Maintained Vehicle + Tools of Trade
