National Sales Manager – Bathroom Industry

About Us
We are a well-established bathroom products company with over 20 years of success in the market. Known for quality, innovation, and service, we are now entering our next exciting growth phase and are seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager to lead the journey.
About the Role
This senior leadership position will see you take ownership of our national sales strategy, driving growth and expanding our market presence across Australia and into New Zealand.
Your primary goal: increase company turnover from $20M to $30M within four years, with strong progress expected over the next two years.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing sales team.
Developing and executing national sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
Driving expansion into New Zealand while consolidating our Australian footprint.
Building strong relationships with major clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Frequent interstate travel as required to support business growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
You’ll be measured against clear milestones so you know exactly what success looks like:
First 6 Months:
• Conduct full review of current sales processes and pipeline.
• Implement revised national sales strategy and team structure.
• Deliver measurable uplift in qualified leads and conversion rates.
12 Months:
• Secure initial foothold and partnerships in the New Zealand market.
• Build a high-performance, collaborative sales team culture.
24 Months:
• Deliver a sustained trajectory towards $30 M turnover.
• Establish New Zealand operations generating recurring revenue.
• Maintain gross margin and profitability targets in line with company goals.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for a proven sales leader who can deliver results at the highest level. To succeed, you will have:
15+ years’ senior sales management experience in the bathroom industry (or a closely related sector).
Demonstrated success in achieving significant revenue growth.
Exceptional high-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
The ability to work collaboratively as a team player while leading from the front.
Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.
