About the Role:

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a Lifestyle Coordinator to join our Dunsborough facility with the sole purpose of creating, coordinating and supervising comprehensive lifestyle and allied health programs for our lovely residents.

This role will be part-time, 4 days per week (Mon, Wed, Thurs & Friday), 8am – 4pm.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Effectively planning and organising suitable group and individualised activities.

Coordinate activities that cater to individual social, religious and cultural needs.

With a Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle, an Allied Health background or relevant experience, you bring creativity, empathy, and strong organisational skills to this role. You’re confident planning and delivering individual and group activities, assessing outcomes, and continuously improving programs. A natural communicator and team player, you build strong connections with residents, families, staff, and the wider community, while also providing leadership and support to Lifestyle and Allied Health Assistants.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

Certificate III or IV in Leisure & Health (preferred) or related discipline.

Allied Health Qualification (desirable).

Extensive experience in a similar role within an Aged Care environment.
