Founded in 2016 in Sydney, we are on a mission to secure the future of technology and infrastructure by responsibly sourcing the metals essential for global advancement. We're looking for a proactive, organised problem-solver to join us as a Warehouse Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in a fast-moving start-up, taking ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations and helping us scale effectively. At EARTH AI, you'll be right at the centre of our logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly - from inventory control to coordinating deliveries while working alongside a passionate team that's building something that matters.
You'll be responsible for a bit of everything - managing stock and workflows, overseeing dispatch and deliveries, maintaining safety standards, running core cutting operations and supporting continuous improvements in how we operate. This role also includes occasional travel to other sites and suppliers, so a flexible, hands-on mindset is essential.
Key Responsibilities

Operate a forklift to move and manage stock within the warehouse (forklift license required or willingness to get one).
Willingness to obtain a forklift licence after starting the role is acceptable.
Run core cutting operations (training will be provided).
Organise warehouse storage and racking systems to maximise efficiency and space.
Assist with logistics, inventory management, and planning to meet operational goals and deadlines.
Maintain stock levels, prepare for shipments, and assist in stock audits.
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
Less than 1 year of warehouse management experience is sufficient for this position.
Drivers Licence (HR Preferable)
A valid forklift license and ability to safely operate a forklift.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to arrange and optimise warehouse storage and racking systems.
Good understanding of logistics, inventory control, and planning.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to multitask and lead a team effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
If you're excited about the opportunity to play a key role in warehouse operations and contribute to projects that make a positive impact on the planet, we'd love to hear from you!
