Our Client POWAGROUP GLOBAL INDUSTRIES PTY LTD is well established and in exciting growth phase with many opportunities in our market.
They are a Wholesaler, Importer and Manufacturer of products and Solutions for the Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical trades and Passive Fire in commercial and high rise project applications.
It is a full time position in their Sydney warehouse Revesby NSW, with sharing based incentives through on growth benefits for you as the company grows.

This position requires;

A experienced warehouse strong team leader / manager to run warehouse and delivery team and drive customer focused initiatives. You'll need a positive mindset and can-do attitude, and have strong attention to detail, great initiative, willingness to grow and learn.

You'll need ability to make decisions and take control. You will be hands on in the warehouse helping relay the warehouse and maintain KPI's. This role is for someone who seriously wants to grow with a fast growing Company.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Organise and dispatch 3 delivery runs per day with orders being dispatched within next run period deadlines.

Help and input for implementation of warehouse improvements.

Ensure we contact all customers with backorders, offer alternatives and keep them updated and happy.

Make sure daily stock-take and Bin locations are up to date

Make sure Logistics and Delivery vehicles are tracked & maintained

Make sure customer delivery tracking system is being used correctly

Hands on Picking, packing, and processing delivery orders as required

Receiving multiple freight deliveries and stock purchase orders throughout the day and efficiently arranging putting stock same day with all labelling & locations complete.

Plan & keep stock transfers between company branches to a minimum

See challenges and Stucks as opportunities to improve customer service

Increase Overall Customer Satisfaction NPS / IPS levels

The successful candidate will possess :

Ability to handle & Positively solve customer dispatched / delivery related concerns.

Outstanding customer service attitude and skills, good phone manner, good English speaking and easy to understand

The proven people skills and ability to effectively lead, train, organise, hold effective team huddles / meetings, manage and yet be a strong hands-on team player.

Strong with Standard IT and computer skills, barcoding etc and have used inventory and pick/pack full ERP systems

The drive and focus to reach targets and bring your team with you.

Are Goal Orientated. Set and achieve short / long term Personal and Business goals.

You must be systematic and understand how to get the best results through Organisation and Systems.

A "Can-do", "Just Do it", Positive Attitude to all challenges and ability to make decisions and get results and the job done.

The physical energy to keep moving forward and be fit for the demanding role.

Current Drivers licence is a must and HR truck licence is ideal
