Workfast is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader / Assistant Manager to join a high-end property styling company based in Banksmeadow, NSW.

This full-time position is a great opportunity for someone experienced in warehouse operations who’s ready to step into a 2IC leadership role, supporting the Warehouse Manager in day-to-day logistics and team coordination.

We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive team player with strong organisational and communication skills. If you’re reliable, able to handle furniture, operate a forklift, and keen to work in a fast-paced, design-focused business, this could be your next long-term role.

What You Get

• $82,000 annual salary package (including super)
• Full-time permanent role, 38 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
• No weekend work or overtime
• Immediate start available (pending checks)

What You Need

• Forklift licence
• Full Australian Drivers Licence
• Able to drive Manual transit van)
• Experience in warehouse logistics or operations
• Comfortable handling large furniture and accessories
• General computer and inventory system skills
• Strong leadership qualities and work ethic
• Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)

What You Will Be Doing

• Assisting the Warehouse Manager in day-to-day leadership of the team
• Picking and preparing product using high-reach forklift
• Delegating and guiding tasks to warehouse and delivery team
• Coordinating daily dispatches and ensuring timely job completions
• Conducting quality and cleanliness checks on stock
• Cleaning and maintaining stock and warehouse areas
• Loading and unloading furniture deliveries
• Occasionally driving transit vans for deliveries and collections
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
