We’re on the hunt for a driven, personable, and self-motivated Sales Representative who loves the open road, values meaningful customer relationships, and wants their work to truly matter.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Demonstrating our custom wheelchair-accessible vehicles to individuals, families, and businesses across NSW & ACT – both at our office and on the road.

Building trusted relationships with customers and ensuring a smooth, supportive journey from first enquiry through to after-sale support.

Meeting & exceeding sales KPIs, while always prioritising outstanding service.

Preparing quotes, responding to enquiries (phone, email, walk-ins), & assisting with parts/service sales when required.

Representing Freedom Motors at trade shows and industry events (occasional weekends).

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager and contributing to a small, passionate, and high-performing team.

Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Who You Are:

An experienced sales professional – ideally with experience in automotive or disability-related products (but we’re open-minded).

A natural communicator & people-person with strong customer service.

Someone who thrives working independently and enjoys hitting the road (travel up to a week at a time occasionally).

Self-driven, positive-minded, & motivated by purpose-driven work.

Tech-savvy enough to handle CRM systems, quoting tools, and manage client communications.

Must Have Requirements:

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

Full Australian working rights

Willingness to travel across NSW/ACT

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical

Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check
