What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of a large, thriving territory across NSW & ACT
- Nurturing and expanding an impressive portfolio of established accounts (70%)
- Capitalising on a steady flow of new inbound opportunities (30%)
- Working closely with contractors, consultants, and end users
- Responding to complex tenders, technical briefs, and solution requests
- Partnering with internal engineers & delivery teams for seamless projects
- Staying across market trends to maximise opportunities
What You’ll Bring
- Proven success in technical solution sales — ideally capital equipment, power systems, or industrial services
- Mechanical or electrical aptitude — trade background welcome, not essential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Drive, independence, and ability to manage the full sales cycle
- Technical mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into engineered solutions
- Valid driver’s licence and flexibility to cover NSW & ACT
