About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Livingstone International Pty Ltd as a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. This full-time role is based in Mascot NSW 2020.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads to expand the company's customer base

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities

Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall sales strategy

Accurately forecast and report on sales activities and pipeline

Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the Sales industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges

Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations

Proficient in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools

Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
