We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our dynamic team as a Sales & Office Admin Support. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organisational skills, who enjoys supporting a busy office and helping drive sales.
Key responsibilities include:
Responding to emails and phone enquiries
Cold calling and following up with leads to book meetings for our sales team
Managing and updating our CRM system
Supporting daily office operations, including reception duties, meeting room setup, and supplies management
Handling mail, parcels, and general office administration
(Preferred) Providing basic IT and helpdesk support, including computer/laptop setup
What we’re looking for:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Organised, reliable, and proactive approach
Basic IT knowledge is an advantage, but not required
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across sales and office administration while working closely with an experienced team.
