About the role

We are looking for a Franchise Support Coordinator to join our small, friendly head office team. This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll play a key part in supporting our franchisees, helping them run their businesses smoothly, and making sure they have the tools and confidence to succeed.

If you’re organised, proactive, and enjoy being the go-to person who keeps things running behind the scenes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll play an important role in supporting both new and existing franchisees with their business operations, while also helping manage the back-end administration of company-owned territories.

This is a varied role with plenty of opportunities to get involved in different aspects of the business. You’ll be working closely with the CEO, Marketing Manager and other team members, so being a team player who’s happy to pitch in where needed is a must.

Key responsibilities include:

Onboarding new franchisees – setting up systems, providing admin and customer service training, and ensuring they feel supported.

Managing day-to-day administration for company-owned franchise territories.

Coordinating franchisee compliance checks and helping ensure processes are followed.

Scheduling and attending regular check-ins with franchisees to provide operational support.

Preparing, collating and reviewing monthly reports on franchisee results and performance.

Assisting with planning and organising franchisee events and conferences.

Providing ad-hoc support to the CEO, Marketing & Franchise Manager and wider team (including answering phones, assisting with projects or stepping in when extra hands are needed).

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.

Experience in an office environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The ability to manage priorities, stay on top of deadlines and take pride in their work.

A willingness to work collaboratively in a small team environment and jump in where needed.

A current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel occasionally for franchisee support or events.

Strong organisational and administration skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Industry or franchise experience isn’t essential, we’ll provide full training. What matters most is that you’re proactive, reliable, and enjoy supporting others to succeed.
