About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front of House / Spa Coordinator to join our growing team at The Head Spa Perth in South Perth, WA. This is a casual role that will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless experience for all our clients. Working closely with the management team, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards and vibrant atmosphere that The Head Spa Perth is known for.

What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee the front-of-house team, including scheduling, training, and performance management

Provide exceptional customer service and be the face of The Head Spa Perth, ensuring all clients receive a warm and professional welcome

Respond to client inquiries, both in person and over the phone, and handle any client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner

Assist with the coordination of appointments, bookings, and client flow to maximise efficiency and productivity

Ensure the front-of-house area as well as the entire building/treatment rooms is well-maintained, organised, and presentable at all times

Support the wider team / management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Front of House and Spa Coordinator role preferably within the day spa/hair salon/beauty industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team

A positive, friendly, and professional demeanour that aligns with The Head Spa Perth brand

Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems and client management processes
