Paralegal

Our client is an up and coming conveyancing legal firm who is looking for a Paralegal with Conveyancing or Wills and Estates experience to join the team!

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing conveyancing files from initial instruction to settlement with minimal supervision
• Preparing and reviewing contracts for sale, agreements, and related legal documents
• Liaising with clients, real estate agents, banks, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process
• Conducting property searches and due diligence
• Booking settlements and completing settlements through PEXA
• Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring all compliance requirements are met
• Assisting solicitors with general administrative and legal tasks as required
• Supporting the broader legal team in maintaining high standards of client service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in conveyancing or legal administration
• Proficiency in PEXA and LEAP (or similar legal software)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and meet strict deadlines
• Strong communication skills and a professional manner
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and grow
