Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drafting and editing legal documents and correspondence.
• Preparing briefs to Counsel and managing Court documentation.
• Liaising directly with the Family Law Court and external stakeholders.
• Managing client communication, appointments, diaries, and email correspondence.
• Organising mediations and coordinating schedules.
• Conducting online searches and preparing reports.
• Handling billing processes and dictaphone typing.
• Maintaining accurate electronic filing systems.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Family Law Paralegal in Queensland.
• Strong drafting ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional, client-focused manner with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• High-level organisation and time management skills to manage competing deadlines.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand practice area.
• A genuine passion for family law and supporting clients through complex matters.
