Duties:

• Customer service (phone call/emails)
• Greeting visitors entering the facility
• Registration of visitors
• Administrative tasks

• Demonstrated administration experience within a regulated environment
• Strong communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Fast learner

You will be a quality-focused individual with excellent attention to detail, have good communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
