Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, with excellent communication skills, who enjoys supporting a busy office environment. Successful candidates may have the opportunity to continue beyond the initial 4-week period based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Greet and assist visitors, customers, and suppliers
• Manage general office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
• Schedule appointments and meetings as required
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks to support the team

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in reception or general administration preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional and friendly demeanour
