The Organization:

Join one of Australia's largest leading manufacturing & logistics business as they're seeking for a temporary Receptionist to join their team.

We're seeking for someone who is available to work over a 2 week period, 6 days, availability required below:

• 22nd or 23rd Of October for training/onboarding
• 30 and 31st October
• 5th, 6th and 7th of November

This business is one of a kind and has expanded astronomically during covid.
Known nationwide for their innovative products, this business has built a strong reputation for reliability, safety, and efficiency in the industry.

About the role:

As the first point of contact, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for clients and visitors while supporting the wider team with admin tasks.

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• A proactive and professional approach
• Administrative experience
