About the role

We're seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Bodyline adult massage centre in Yarraville, VIC 3013 . In this casual position, on a rotating roster involving days and nights being 4 days work and 4 days off. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience while handling a variety of administrative tasks.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors to our establishment

Answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently

Scheduling appointments and managing the reception calendar

Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.

cash handling and EFTPOS transactions

Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not essential

Time Keeping

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software

A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in a team environment

Candidates must have Australian work rights
