The Role

Service Delivery Coordinator
Reporting to the Service Manager

The Service Delivery Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our customer relationships, handling incoming calls and emails, and supporting our Service Delivery People (SDPs) on the ground. This role is perfect for someone with a delivery background who wants to step into more responsibility and progress their career, while still staying connected to the operational side of service delivery.

You’ll join a team of two other Service Delivery Coordinators who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. This is an expansion role, designed to give the branch greater capacity to deliver even more to our customers. While the focus will be on coordination, communication, and service excellence, the right candidate won’t be afraid to jump in on the trucks when needed—keeping the role grounded and helping to strengthen relationships with the Service Team.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships via phone and email interaction
• Effectively handle customer enquiries and provide timely customer support
• Accurate and efficient data entry into systems
• Work confidently with the Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications
• Partner with SDPs to ensure our service commitments are consistently met
• Support operational needs by assisting with deliveries when required
• Comply with and support all health & safety procedures

Key Skills and Experience Required:
• Relevant customer service experience
• Previous delivery experience (MR licence preferred)
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people skills, with a clear and confident manner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexible, proactive, and willing to step in operationally when required
