Your duties will include:

Performing general support to service managers and general admin assistance

Scheduling/generation of technicians, service jobs and routine activities

Responding to customer service enquiries and being a point of conducting

Management and coordination of basic inspections & repairs

Review service reports for inspections and repairs

Understand written information and instructions and correspond clearly and concisely

Other duties as directed
