About the role

The Sales Coordinator plays a key support role to ensure our Account Management team have everything they need to spend as much time as possible face-to-face with their customers.

This role not only gets the job done but also anticipates the needs of the team and takes extraordinary pride in helping others achieve their goals.

Reporting into the Senior Sales Associate, the key parts to this role are (but not limited to!):

Daily support to the Account Managers: meeting preparation including presentations & proposals, reporting, and QBRs.

Process management and improvement: identify areas where sales can work more efficiently through process improvements and driving consistency across the team.

Work cross-functionally: Work closely with other functions on inefficient processes or workflows that impact Account Manager effectiveness.

Systems & data expert: Lead the charge with knowing key sales platforms back to front.

Skills and experience required

An administrative superstar with a curious, can-do attitude.

Experience supporting a sales team in an administrative capacity for the last 2+ years.

Experience in the IT industry, ideally a managed service provider (MSP) preferred.

Demonstrated CRM proficiency (ideally HubSpot, ConnectWise).

High energy and a solutions-focused mindset.

Structured, process-oriented approach to supporting teams.

Proven success managing multiple stakeholders at once.

Please note that the successful applicant will be required to undergo a background check and submit a police clearance certificate prior to joining the business.
