About the Role
The Sales Associate will play an integral part in supporting the sales team while developing the skills and experience required to become a high-performing Sales Agent. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, with a balance of client-facing work, sales support, and personal growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting agents with open homes, buyer appointments, valuations and inspections
- Building and managing a premium database of buyers and sellers
- Generating leads through prospecting, letterbox drops, and client engagement
- Assisting with client follow-up, buyer feedback, and seamless sales support
- Attending final inspections, measure-ups and assisting with property presentation
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be polished, ambitious and ready to make their mark in the luxury real estate space. They will bring:
- 1+ year of real estate experience (sales or support)
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- A driven self-starter with a team-first attitude
- Current Agents Representative Certificate (essential)
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Schedule & Location
- 5 days per week including Saturdays ( One day of during the week)
- Flexibility with evening appointments as required
- Based in Berwick with travel across premium local listings
