We are seeking a professional, reliable, and discreet Manager to join our well-established gentlemen’s club in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment within the adult services industry.

About the Role:

As a Brothel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the venue across a range of shifts – including day, afternoon, night, and weekend shifts. You will provide leadership, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for both staff and clientele. You will work with an All Female Crew, who are very experienced and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the venue, including staff coordination and client services.

Provide strong leadership and support to staff, ensuring a respectful and professional work environment.

Ensure compliance with all legislative and licensing requirements.

Handle cash flow, bookings, and reporting duties.

Address and resolve operational issues promptly and discreetly.

Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous management or supervisory experience (experience in the adult industry highly regarded).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Ability to work across a rotating roster (day, afternoon, night, and weekend shifts).

Sound judgment and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.

Organised and reliable, with excellent attention to detail.
