About the Role
Full Time (37.5 hours per week), Monday-Friday

On-site role at a brand new state-of-the-art facility in Keilor Park, Victoria (see video below)

90% of the role is office-based, with 10% required to consult with production staff in the factory

Part of our central orders team

The gateway between customer service and operations

Assist our customers in processing orders

Meet customer deadlines

Track freight

Reconcile defective orders

About You
You have experience in the print industry or have experience in procuring print products. Prior employment in Graphic Design, Signwriting, or Manufacturing would be considered useful experience in this role.

A successful applicant will possess:

Strong written and verbal communication skills (Email, Live Chat & Phone)

Proficient computer skills (MS Office & POS, MIS, CRM experience)

High attention to detail

Organisational skills to handle high volumes of inquiries

Ambition and enthusiasm

Problem solver and strong communicator
