Anytime Fitness Altona has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and self motivated Assistant Club Manager to join the Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance and success of the club, working alongside the Senior Manager.

This individual must be comfortable working both alone and then part of our larger group. The Assistant Club Manager will be trained and report direct to the Club Manager.

Duties will include:

Meet and greet potential and existing members.

Manage a casual employee and contract Personal Trainers.

Meet KPI's and sales targets.

Seek out and generate new sales leads.

Create a great club culture with a strong focus on member appreciation.

Maintain the cleanliness standard of the club.

Promote the Anytime Fitness brand and image within the local community.

To succeed for the role you will be results driven, well presented, energetic, enthusiastic and self motivated with a customer service based focus.

Mon-Thur
2.00pm - 7.00pm

Saturday
10.00am - 1.00pm

Previous customer service experience in fitness and gym management are desireable.

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, gym management software, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) is a must. Experience with CRM systems preferred.
