Loan Processing Officer – Automotive Finance

Are you ready to build your career in automotive finance? We’re seeking a motivated Loan Processing Officer to join our growing team and help customers secure the right finance solutions with confidence.

About the role:
As a Loan Processor, you’ll be the key link between customers, lenders, and our finance team. You’ll:

Call customers to convert cash deals into finance opportunities

Take and process applications accurately and efficiently

Use systems and CRMs to streamline the customer journey

Assist with preparing finance and compliance documentation

Support settlements to ensure smooth completion

Quote and explain insurance and extended warranty products

With the support of Managers, Business Development Managers, and our Head of Finance, you’ll have full training and guidance to ensure your success.

What we’re looking for:

Strong communication and customer service skills

Organised, detail-oriented and proactive approach

Ability to use systems and CRM platforms confidently

Previous experience in loan processing, finance, or automotive (advantageous but not essential)

A results-driven, team player attitude
