The Role

Our Office Administrator will be the heartbeat of the business. They are the person who ensures everything runs smoothly day-to-day, while also helping us set up systems that will sustain our rapid growth.

From customer care and office organisation to supporting logistics, and streamlining processes, you’ll take pride in keeping things in order and finding better ways of working. What You’ll Be Accountable For

Customer Care & Support

Sharing responsibility for handling customer enquiries via phone and online channels.

Processing customer requests.

Ensuring every customer interaction reflects our values and standards.

Office & Administration

Maintaining day-to-day office organisation.

Providing executive admin support to the leadership team.

Coordinating calendars, documents, logistics for expos/events and team activities.

Logistics Support

· Assisting with posting parcels as needed.

· Supporting wholesale and eCommerce logistics when required.

· Liaising with logistics partners and suppliers.

Systems & Process Support

Setting up and maintaining efficient filing, project, and workflow systems.

Managing and organising the internal drive.

Streamlining office processes with automation and AI tools to save time and improve efficiency.

Team & Culture

Assisting with supporting new team members and administration.

Contributing to a positive, values-driven team environment.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is a natural problem-solver, able to spot issues quickly and come up with practical solutions.

You’ll be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a genuine excitement for setting up systems and processes. Tech-savvy and curious, you’ll enjoy exploring AI, automation, and workflow optimisation to improve the way things are done.

You’ll be comfortable juggling a mix of customer support, admin, and operations, and skilled at keeping information organised across various tools and project management platforms.

Most importantly, you’ll bring strong communication skills and a helpful, can-do attitude that makes you a trusted and reliable member of the team.
