A specialist remedial builder who has successfully operated in Sydney and NSW for decades across Remedial Construction, completing a wide variety of remedial, cladding facade and refurbishment projects in the Sydney Metro area. They deliver projects for a prestigious group of Private clients and body corporates. This business has a strong well well-supported team of supervisors, due to a busy year they are looking to hire additional supervisors and site managers to the team.

The Role
Multiple Site Supervisors / Site Managers - required various Projects $50K to $30M. All experience considered, Salary based on experience and project background. They will train you in their systems and software. Oversee commercial, residential, industrial, and government projects. structural repair, façade repair, refurbishment, re-cladding, waterproofing, heritage, balcony upgrade, fire upgrade, etc

Reporting to the Project Manager and the Construction Manager, the Site Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all site activities are efficiently run, documented, and implemented according to company standards. The Site Supervisor will also be in charge of overseeing subcontractors on-site, ensuring they are delivering aspects of the project to the required standards and in good time.

Will cover projects with construction values from $50k - $30M. Sometimes multiple smaller sites. Our client is looking for a Site supervisor who can work to tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal background:

• Carpentry trade or bricklayer, plumber, water proofer trade. Experience overseeing and supervising site activities, ideally in remedial projects, and re-roofs on residential, commercial, schools and office buildings and government building.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and manage subcontractors.
• Ability to interpret drawings and programmes and develop short term programmes using MS projects
• Onsite management of Quality, WHS & Environmental requirements. You will be reporting directly to the Project Manager on individual tasks on the site. Co-ordination of onsite trades and communication with onsite staff.
• Previous experience working with a well-run builder on projects, finding solutions to problems as they arise autonomously.
• Good communication and an intermediate level of computer literacy
