Our client is a well established, medium sized Remedial Building Company that has been specialising in Residential and Commercial Remedial Building and Facade Re-cladding projects for over 15 years.

The Role
Our client currently has an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor with Remedial Building experience to join their team.

Reporting directly into a Project Manager, this Site Supervisor would be a hands on person with experience in Remedial works and Waterproofing.

What is on offer for you?

• A great salary package: $125,000 + Car Allowance + Superannuation - Total salary package roughly $155,000 (Negotiable for the right candidate)
• Great Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30 pm - Overtime optional, but not essential.

• Work on exciting and challenging Remedial Building projects in the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and North Shore of Sydney ranging from $ 1 M - $ 8 M. Most projects will be in the range of $4 M to $6 M.

What are we looking for?

• A minimum of 3+ years experience in as a Site Supervisor or Foreman working specifically in Remedial Building / Concrete Repair and Waterproofing works.
• Trade Qualification as either a Carpenter, or Waterproofer, or Brick Layer
• A clear confident communicator that provides regular progress updates to a Project Manager
• OHS Construction White Card
• Ability to lead and give direction and advise
• Site Supervisor with a strong safety mindset
• Ability to hold Tool Box / Safety Talks
• Full Australian Working Rights
