The Client:
A rare opportunity for a dynamic Residential Aged Care Manager to join a highly respected NFP national leader in Aged Care who are values and purpose driven with a commitment to meeting the needs of their residents. This role requires an innovative leader who with support from executive management and the service team will deliver excellence through day-to-day operational management of this beautifully appointed facility which is running smoothly and accredited.

Key responsibilities :

• Day to day operational management of the aged care facility
• Ensure residents experience high quality support, care and services
• Coach and support direct reports adhering to values of the organisation
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
• Budgeting and financial management and staff management
• Ensure outstanding customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience as a Residential Aged Care Manager working within residential Aged Care
• Current AHPRA Registration
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards/Governance
• Understanding of day-to-day operational management of a facility
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
