We are seeking a passionate Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be required to lead the sales and marketing team to source new customers and business contacts, demonstrate the value proposition of our services, drive sales, and maintain strong customer and public relations, create, and reinforce "brand image".

Responsibilities

· Develop and lead the sales and marketing team to achieve set targets and implement effective sales strategies to boost revenue.

· Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

· Conduct visits to key client locations to present products and introduce new offerings.

· Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

· Oversee and evaluate marketing campaigns, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results.

· Direct the creation of compelling tender documents and customer proposals.

· Foster seamless coordination between sales and marketing functions to drive cohesive outcomes.

Qualification and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in a relevant field, plus a minimum of three years’ work experience.

· Experience in the FMCG industry, ideally with skin care and healthy supplement products.
