We are working with an award-winning construction based in Sydney specialising in delivering innovative, high-quality design and construct solutions across residential and community projects. With a strong pipeline of work valued up to $100M, they are looking for a Contract Administrator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

Managing contracts and making sure everything’s on track

Reviewing contract details, variations, and claims

Being the go-to person for project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers when it comes to contracts

Keeping records and contract docs organised and up to date

Helping with contract variations and claims negotiations

Keeping an eye on compliance and supporting risk management stuff

Preparing reports and updates for the team

The Successful Candidate

Graduated with a Bachelor of Construction Management / Project Management degree.

Prior experience as a Contract Administrator for a head contractor is essential, Class 2 experience preferred.

Be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia.

You will also have strong communication and organisational skills.
