We are looking for a Commercial Property Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in connecting landlords with quality tenants across Sydney.

What you’ll be doing

Prospecting and building relationships with commercial landlords and tenants

Listing and marketing properties for lease

Handling enquiries, inspections, and negotiations

Preparing leasing proposals and agreements

Providing clear and regular communication with landlords

Driving deals from enquiry through to signed lease

What we’re looking for

NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration (Class 2 Licence preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge of the Sydney property market (commercial experience an advantage)

Proactive, organised and client-focused approach

Comfortable using CRM systems and online property platforms

Self-starter who thrives in a results-driven environment
