We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Administration & Office Manager to join a dynamic real estate agency based in Newstead.

Role Overview:
As the Sales Administration & Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining the sales operations and supporting the team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the sales administration team and sales agents of a high performing office, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to ongoing process improvements.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a management position and is eager to take on various tasks, from system training to office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly alongside the Sales Director to drive sales operations and support the sales team.
  • Supervise the sales admin team, including sales administrators and VAs.
  • Assist with preparing contracts, Form 6s, and other documentation, especially during high transaction volumes or when administrators are on leave.
  • Lead new system training and onboarding for team members.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes to boost efficiency.
  • Aid the Sales Director in preparing recruitment documents and attending meetings.
  • Oversee the referral process between the property management team and the sales team.
  • Organise and manage company events as required.
  • Prepare for and coordinate team meetings.
  • Handle general office management tasks and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Address and resolve complaints and conflicts effectively.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of sales agents and provide support as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a sales administration, office management or operations type role, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in preparing contracts and other related documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with new system training and onboarding processes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
