About the role
This is a full-time Compliance and Contract Officer role based in Norman Park, Queensland. As part of the Administration & Office Support team, you will be responsible for managing the company's compliance requirements and contract administration. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and dynamic organisation, Work Skills RTO 31384.
What you'll be doing
Ensuring the company's compliance with relevant RTO and ASQA standards, regulations, and internal policies
Maintaining the Skills Assure Supplier agreements and registered training organisation contract management systems
Identifying and mitigating contractual and compliance risks
Developing and implementing efficient contract management processes
Providing guidance and training to colleagues on contract-related matters
Assisting with other administrative and office support tasks as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar compliance or contract administration role, preferably in the Contracts Administration industry
Understanding of RTO contracts, compliance requirements, and risk management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders
Proficient in using contract management software
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
Tertiary qualification in Law, Business, or a related field is desirable
