Take charge of office operations and support a busy / growing project team.
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager who can keep everything running smoothly, from daily admin tasks to coordinating with project teams and ensuring accurate reporting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing day-to-day administration and office operations
- Preparing and managing project documentation, timesheets, and reports
- Coordinating schedules, inductions, and site requirements
- Managing stock levels, fleet servicing, and office supplies
- Handling calls, emails, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism
- Supporting payroll, HR, and compliance processes
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in office management or administration (construction/project environment an advantage)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using MS Office and general office systems (industry software a plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across all levels
- A proactive problem solver who thrives in a busy environment
