We are seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy Gold Coast office. This pivotal role ensures smooth administrative processes, supports a collaborative workplace, and provides leadership to the office team. Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per annum + superannuation (negotiable based on experience)
  • Full-time role (38 hours, 5 days in office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, front-of-house, and team support
  • Manage administration, correspondence, records, and accounts processing
  • Track consultant KPIs and insurer performance, ensuring compliance requirements are met
  • Coordinate travel, scheduling, meetings, and communications with clients/insurers
  • Assist with process improvements and support change management as AI technology is introduced
  • Free up the Director’s capacity by managing workflow and operational priorities


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or senior administrator in a professional setting
  • Insurance background essential – ideally in claims, assessing, or broking with insurer liaison
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with experience managing a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence with office/business systems
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage change and support staff through process and technology enhancements
